Returns are accepted within 14 days from the shipped date.

Returns received after 14 days will not be accepted. We currently do not offer refunds, only store credits.

Return Policy 

All product(s) marked as "sale" are FINAL. 

For all the other items, to be eligible for a return as described below, the merchandise must be returned unworn and unwashed merchandise (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant or wear, or smell of cigarette smoke, pet hairs, odors, etc), all items must be in the original condition with all product tags attached within 14 days from the shipped date.

Merchandise will be returned for ONLINE STORE CREDIT ONLY within 14 days of receiving return. Credit will be for the amount paid for the merchandise only. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non refundable. 

Once your return is received you will be notified by email.

When making the return please include the original return slip included with your merchandise. 

Please note that exact colors of merchandise can vary due to lighting and computer resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary.  These do not qualify as damaged or defects and the buyer will pay return shipping if the merchandise is returned to our warehouse.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

We highly recommend shipping returns/exchanges with a tracking number. Mahaila Jade is not responsible for any lost returns.

 There will be NO STORE CREDIT  for the following:

• Sale/clearance items
• Face masks
• Bodysuits
• Swimwear without hygienic strips
• Adhesive bras / nipple covers
• Earrings and/or necklace sets including earrings

Any of these items that are returned will not be sent back to you or refunded.

If a package is returned to us as "undeliverable" it will be processed for Store Credit less any return shipping fees associated with the package.

EXCHANGES

Due to high demand and limited quantities of our merchandise, we will not be offering exchanges on any of our merchandise. Returned merchandise will be processed for STORE CREDIT ONLY.

We recommend purchasing the desired size of the items, and then shipping back the item you want returned so that you don’t miss out on the item selling out or your size no longer available. 

*Shipping costs for returns or exchanges will be the responsibility of buyer.

DEFECTS OR DAMAGES

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items it must be reported within 72 hours of receiving your order. You may report to deisgns@mahailajade.com  If we are not notified within 72 hours of receiving your merchandise it will no longer qualify for a return or a replacement.  Please include a photo of the damage or defect in your email to designs@mahailajade.com

We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care handling or incorrect sizing.

Prior to Mahaila Jade accepting any order, we have right to verify any information you send to us. Mahaila Jade reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order, or any portion thereof, even after your receipt of an order confirmation from us. In its sole discretion, Mahaila Jade reserves the right to limit the number of items ordered and to refuse service to you without prior notification. In the event that an item lists an incorrect price, either due to typographical or other error, Mahaila Jade shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order placed for the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order is being or has been processed. If payment has already been made or if your account has already been charged for the purchase and the order is cancelled, Mahaila Jade shall credit your account in the amount of the incorrect price. 

We make every effort possible to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Website; however, the actual color you will see will depend on many factors, including your computer, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display our colors. Products are available while supplies last. All prices and products advertised are subject to change. All prices displayed with products are quoted in U.S. dollars. 

THE RISK OF LOSS AND TITLE FOR PRODUCT(S) PURCHASED BY YOU PASS TO YOU UPON OUR DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT(S) TO THE CARRIER.
